As of session 08-09, KEC is just 4 years old. In the very first session (04-05, based on I Semester University Exams results), the college was ranked 20th among 90 odd Engg Colleges under UPTU. Subsequently, the college has been improving its performance and I year results leading to a rapid improvement in intake (in terms of PCM % and See Rank for admission).
