1. All DD shall be made in favour of "KRISHNA ENGINEERING COLLEGE" payable at "Ghaziabad/Delhi".

2. Kindly deduct Rs: 9000(For SC/ST candidate) and Rs.15000 ( for Gen/OBC) deposited at counseling centre through SEE-GBTU admission.

Instruction for Admission to B.Tech./M.C.A. 1st Year & B.Tech. 2nd Year
(Session: 2010-11)

Candidates reporting for admissions are required to fill up the admission form in the college. They are therefore, advised to bring the following documents in original for verification along with their photocopies in DUIPLICATE duly attested by gazetted officer/Principal in the following order:-

1. Original Allotment Letter.
2. 10th Certificate & Marksheet.
3. 12th Class Mark sheet.
4. Original Transfer Certificate in case of those who have passed 12th class from UP Board.
5. Original Migration Certificate in case of those who have passed 12th class from other than UP Board.
6. Affidavit if there is any gap in study.Click Here
7. Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC Only).
8. Original Character Certificate.
9. Original Medical Certificate 9 & 10 issued by CMO.
10. Proof of payment of fees on security & counseling fee deposited at the counseling centre (Original).
11. Fee Receipt of the College.
12. Passport size photograph 5 colored and 5 black & white.
13. 5 self addressed envelops (10’x4”) duly affixed with Rs- 5/-postage stamps each.
14. Domicile certificate of Father.
15.Affidavit on Rs. 10/- stamp paper duly notarize

Hostel
1. For Ist Year B.Tech. Boys Hostel Accommodation may be provided inside Campus or Outside Campus depending upon availability in Campus Hostels.
2. For Ist Year MCA, Hostel Accommodation will be provided in Campus Hostel.
3. For all Girls, accommodation in Campus is likely : However , depending upon availability Ist Year Girls may be accommodated in Hostel outside campus also.
4. In all cases when Hostel is outside campus, Bus will be arranged by college and charges, as decided, have to be borne by students.
