MCA program at KEC creates skilled human resource deportable as programmer , system analyst, project manager and system manager for Software Industries relating to Banking, Network communication, Multimedia & Web Technology etc. Apart from syllabus coverage, the students are given ample opportunities to take part in seminars, workshops and conferences, for developing their communication and presentation skills.

In Krishna Engineering College the programme Master Of Computer Application (MCA) is running since session 2006-07. The very first batch of MCA in KEC was of 28 students, and from the session 2007-08 onwards, it got accredition for 60 students.The MCA in KEC got 5th position amongst colleges of NCR in the year 2007, which was just the 2nd batch of MCA in KEC .
