There are ample opportunities for the citizens of our country but competition is tough.Success comes when opportunites and hard work meets.And here comes the Creative - M.E.S.A into picture ,to provide you those opportunities Creative - (M.E.S.A) aims to provide a platform for the knowledge informatics & budding scientists through interactive technical sessions , symposium , seminars , conferences,workshops in close tie up with the industry.Apart from this, it organises technical sessions, workshops and contests through a close tie-up with the industry. It also assists in managing the resources and labs of the department

As we know that behind every successful organization there is a leader whose vision & guidance enables that organization to reach new heights. In the same way, Prof. Shubhankar Ghosh being Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering fosters students & motivates them to acheive their dreams. It is his efforts and endeavour which transforms raw students into innovative ideas of entrepreneurs.
                                                               He has a work experience of more than 33 years in industry and academia.He has worked for many reputed organizations like Hindustan Motors, Indian Air Force etc.His ethos of life is "Simple living and high thinking" .He is astute, perseverant & workoholic in nature.He always tries to solve the problems by focusing at the root level & directly interact with the students to avoid communcation gap.
