Faculty Development Program on “Future and Challenges in Engineering and Technology”

Krishna Engineering College, Ghaziabad organized one week faculty development program from 14th May to 18th May 2021 on Future and Challenges in Engineering and Technology in the interdisciplinary themes such as Internet of Things, Cyber Security, Environment, Green and Clean Energy , Artificial intelligence and Futuristic Technologies. In the new National Education Policy 2020 of our country, the above themes are well focused.

Faculty Development Program on “Universal Human Values and Professional Ethics”

KEC, Ghaziabad organized Eight days FDP on “Universal Human Values and Professional Ethics” sponsored by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, under TEQIP-III from 26th June to 3rd July 2019. The knowledge sharing during the FDP by experts for understanding the differences between values and skills, and in understanding the need, basic guidelines, content and the process of value education.

Faculty Development Programmeon Entrepreneurshipis designed to train and develop professionals in entrepreneurship development so that they can act as resource persons in guiding and motivating young S&T persons to take up entrepreneurship as a career.Through this FDP, 25 faculty members of Science and Engineering colleges, Polytechnics and Entrepreneurship Development Organisations are trained for a duration of 2 weeks.The college participated in FDP are :

The FDP provide inputs on process and practice of entrepreneurship development, communication and inter-personal skills, creativity, problem solving, achievement motivation training, inputs on resource and knowledge industries. The training methodology includes case studies, group discussion, games and simulation exercise, field visits and classroom lectures.
