Faculty Development Program on “Cloud Computing”

A one-week Faculty Development Program (10-15 May 2021) was organized by Department of Information Technology and Computer Science & Engineering on Cloud Computing in the Association of E&ICT, IIT Kanpur. This FDP was conducted in Online Mode. Expert trainer of this FDP was Mr. Mudit Mathur. The purpose of this FDP is to expose the faculty members/research scholars to emerging technologies in the area of Cloud Computing. Cloud Computing is the delivery of computing services—including servers, storage, databases, networking, software, analytics, and intelligence over the Internet (“the cloud”) to offer faster innovation, flexible resources, and economies of scale.

Faculty Development Program on “BlockChain Technology”

A one-week Faculty Development Program (21-28 April 2020) was organised by Department of Information Technology and Computer Science & Engineering on “BlockChain Technology” in the Association of EICT, IIT Roorkee Recognized by AICTE at par with QIP for recognition/credits. This FDP was conducted in Online Mode. The purpose of this FDP is to expose the faculty members/research scholars to emerging technologies in the area of “BlockChain Technology”.

Faculty Development Program on “Machine Learning and Its Applications”

A one-week Faculty Development Program (13-20 April 2020) was organised by Department of Information Technology and Computer Science & Engineering on “Machine Learning and Its Applications” in the Association of EICT, IIT Roorkee Recognized by AICTE at par with QIP for recognition/credits. This FDP was conducted in Online Mode. The purpose of this FDP is to expose the faculty members/research scholars to emerging technologies in the area of “Machine Learning and Its Applications”.

Faculty Development Program on “Universal Human Values and Professional Ethics”

KEC, Ghaziabad organized Eight days FDP on “Universal Human Values and Professional Ethics” sponsored by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, under TEQIP-III from 26th June to 3rd July 2019. The knowledge sharing during the FDP by experts for understanding the differences between values and skills, and in understanding the need, basic guidelines, content and the process of value education.

Faculty Development Programme on Data Analytics with R

Faculties have the most important role to play in shaping the engineering student’s career and unarguably an institution having the best faculties who are skilled in latest technologies will top the charts in coming years. Faculty development program (FDP) has been considered as a stand-alone educational pedagogy in fostering knowledge and professional skills of faculty.

Department of Information Technology at Krishna Engineering College, Ghaziabad organized one Week FDP on "Data Analytics with R " in association with EICT IIT Roorkee from 26th June 2018-1st July 2018.
