    Department of Information Technology has conducted an interactive Expert Lecture- “Digital Communication: Recent Trends & Challenges” for IT 2nd, IT 3rd and ECE final year students.

    Mr. Santer Pal, Retired Assistant Director, Department of Telecommunication (BSNL) discussed about “Digital Communication: Recent Trends & Challenges”. He mentioned that in these days the main challenge of companies and digital marketing communication is being noticed. Digital technologies match traditional communication and media channels, beside that they span the marketing mix. Accordingly, Digital Communication becomes significant element of marketing communication.

    Department of Information Technology in association with Department of Computer Science & Engineering has conducted an interactive Guest Lecture on Digital Innovation.

    Mr. Ajay Jain discussed about “Digital Innovation”. He mentioned Digital Innovation is at the heart of every organization. You need to digitize internal operations to do things better, faster, and cheaper, find new ways to engage users and bring new products and services to market. But driving digital innovation is hard work. Changing market conditions mean that you’re planning around a moving target, and with disruptive startups popping up all over, competition is mounting. You need a faster path to transform your innovative new ideas into winning applications.

    Dr. Pradeep Kumar Mishra discussed about “Be the Change Initiative” which provides an opportunity for all of us to better ourselves. This Initiative guides and encourages us to be more sustainable at work and at home by changing our consumption patterns, using active transport such as cycling, and buying local foods.
